I think that what you said was very logical. But, what about this? what if you were to create a killer headline? I am not suggesting your information is not good, however suppose you added a headline that grabbed people's attention? I mean InsertYourData is kinda vanilla. You should look at Yahoo's front page and see how they write article titles to grab people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get readers excited about everything've written. In my opinion, it would make your posts a little bit more interesting.
